B-Lite® — a 30% lighter implant
Gel enriched with microspheres reduces the implant's weight by about one third. According to the manufacturer's engineering calculations, pressure on the lower pole is reduced by up to 50–60%; whether this reduces long-term ptosis has not yet been confirmed by a randomized trial.
The MESMO® surface
MESMO® is a micro-textured surface (finer than 50 microns under the ISO classification). Observational studies summarized in the "Useful information" section have reported low early complication rates with this surface — those studies are not randomized, and their results do not constitute an individual guarantee. The surface is formed by ammonium carbonate gas diffusion: no additional washing is required after vulcanization, meaning no chemical residue is left on the surface. The result is an implant that isn't stiff — it feels softer and more natural to the tissue.
Microthane®* — a micro-polyurethane surface
The micro-polyurethane coating integrates firmly with the tissue, significantly reducing the risk of implant displacement and capsular contracture. In 2026 POLYTECH introduced the full Microthane®* portfolio: variants with the standard EasyFit™ gel and the lightweight B-Lite® gel.
SublimeLine gel — soft yet stable
How an implant feels depends on the gel. The cohesive SublimeLine gel delivers natural softness while holding its shape: its high cohesivity is designed to keep the gel within its own mass; if shell damage is suspected, evaluation by a physician is essential. This balance between softness and stability is one of POLYTECH's key differentiators.
German manufacturing and CE certification
The implants are manufactured at the Dieburg plant in Germany and certified under the EU Medical Device Regulation — according to the manufacturer, POLYTECH is the only manufacturer of silicone breast implants in Germany. Every batch arrives with a documentation package and serial number — each unit in the warehouse is registered under that number, so it is always possible to trace where every implant went.

IMPLANTS of EXCELLENCE — the manufacturer's warranty program**
For registered implants, POLYTECH provides a free replacement implant: for shell rupture due to a material defect — lifetime; for capsular contracture (Baker III–IV) — 10 years on MESMO® and POLYsmoooth™ surfaces, lifetime on Microthane®*-coated implants (Microthane®* rotation is also covered for life). Condition: the patient must personally complete online registration within 6 months of surgery and take part in the annual survey.
