This policy describes how personal data is handled on polytech.az. The site operator is responsible for handling personal data.
What is collected
The site has no registration, accounts or sales. Personal data is collected in two cases only: (1) the name, email or phone and the message you type into the contact form; (2) the text of questions you ask the on-site AI assistant. In both cases the data is used solely to answer you.
Retention and transfers
Contact-form messages stay in the operator's mailbox until answered and the related correspondence ends, at most 12 months. Assistant questions are passed to an external AI service to generate the reply and kept in a technical log for 90 days; do not send medical documents or sensitive personal data. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
Hosting
The site is served as static pages by a hosting provider. For security and technical purposes the hosting provider may keep the IP address and browser data of each request in its server logs for a short period. The operator has no access to those logs.

The site uses only essential cookies (language, cookie consent); anonymous visit statistics are collected only with your consent. See the Cookie notice.
